Return and Exchange Policy

-For the products you want to return or exchange, it is enough to send an e-mail to hello@daysculture.com stating your reason and order number so that we can start your transactions.

 

-When you provide transportation via e-mail, you must send us the product with the invoice in addition to the e-mail in order to be examined. We will be sending you a shipping code for our shipments and returns.

 

-In order for return and exchange products to be accepted; there should be no smell, stain, wear and tear on the products. Products must be returned undamaged and re-sold.

 

-Returns and exchanges of products that have lost their resaleability and cannot be sold to another customer are not accepted.

 

-In the exchange procedure, the shipping fee is reflected to you. In the return procedure, the shipping fee is deducted from your refund amount.
